REVIEW: Kyoto Japanese Hibachi & Sushi, Loganville GA
The cooks are entertaining and we’ve come to know a few of them pretty well. The wait staff knows what we want to drink and is ready for our food order every time we show up.
Melanie and I always get the same thing – shrimp hibachi and fried rice. Melanie likes two soups while I go with soup and salad and the ginger dressing. I prefer my rice without the added bacon (one of the nice additions that separate this hibachi from most). The cooks are also accommodating when it comes to adding a little Sriracha sauce to bring some heat to my rice.
The portion sizes are ample and I try to eat half for dinner and save half for the next day’s lunch. It works out well. If you’re looking for a nice place for hibachi, it’s tough to beat Kyoto. Guten appetit.
