Gary’s Bistro, Lawrenceville, GA

Gary’s Bistro is a charming place we hadn’t been looking for but pleasantly discovered shop at The Avenue Webb Gin and decided to go it a try. For starters, it’s not the easiest place to find – you really need to be looking for it! But it’s close to Red Robin, if you’ve had the displeasure of eating there.

We arrived at Gary’s Bistro and the door was held open for us as we entered. We were seated right away and had our refreshments promptly. The temperature had dropped and we were really in the mood for some soup and Gary’s Bistro was happy to oblige. We both had the potato soup and it started the meal off right! It was rich and creamy, loaded with chives and bacon bits – very tasty!

Melanie enjoyed the burger and I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Both our entrees were accompanied by fries. The fries, although not homemade, were seasoned nicely and were very good.

We had a nice time at Gary’s Bistro and found it a great spot close to home. Gary’s Bistro should be on your short list for Gwinnett dining! Guten appetit!
