If you’re looking for a place for dessert, want a cheesecake or a special cake for a special occasion, Sugar Shack is THE place in the ATL to find it. I confess! I have a sweet tooth and believe that every good meal ends with dessert but seldom do we have room for it at the end of our meal. So, we venture off and hit the road for dessert.

The ONLY problem with Sugar Shack is parking. We got lucky on Saturday night but failed Sunday afternoon. It was very disappointing because we were taking some friends there.

Melanie chose her favorite – lemon pound cake. I couldn’t make a decision and chose three small cookies – chocolate walnut, sugar, and chocolate chip. All of it was REALLY, REALLY good! Freshly baked goodness! Melanie engaged the manager, Wendy, in conversation and they really hit it off.

When roaming Atlanta for dessert, Sugar Shack, is a MUST SEE. NOTE: We also have it on good information they serve a heck of a sandwich as well.
