Leon’s, Decatur GA

Leon’s is what fun and great food is all about! We had know idea where we were going to eat but Leon’s is where the action is in Decatur and we were drawn there like moths to a flame.

  Although the place was packed, we were seated and had our drinks quickly. Note, this is not the place for a quiet, romantic dinner. It’s pretty loud and people have a great time there.

We started out with some frites (french fries) and dipping sauces. Really good stuff! The menu is trendy and eclectic and I could’ve used a translator for some things . The wait staff was superior and made sure we were well taken care of an accommodated each request with true professionalism.

We both ordered the burgers, mine medium and Melanie’s well done. Each was cooked to perfection and, I dare say, that was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten!

The final delight was a peach cobbler with blueberries. This is not your grandmother’s peach cobbler, so don’t expect that. But, it was truly delightful.

We had a wonderful time at Leon’s and it was a great meal that we really enjoyed. When you’re in Decatur, you MUST go to Leon’s!
