Atlanta Restaurant Reviews

Longhorn Steakhouse, Commerce, GA

After a few hours of shopping at the Outlet Mall, it was time to replenish so we decided that Longhorn would be great. It was only 5:30 and we figured we’d be able to sneak right in before the dinner crowd got there. WRONG! The wait however was not unreasonable and we were soon at our table.

Erica was our server and did a wonderful job in a very professional manner. Both Melanie and I chose the Flo’s Filet with Lobster Tail. Yes, it was divine and cooked  exactly to our specifications. The Flo’s Filet is heavily seasoned which it really doesn’t need be and this evening it seemed a little much. The lobster was heavenly and although fairly small, still a good value for the price.

Longhorn is fairly consistent from location to location in regards to food quality and service and we certainly weren’t disappointed this evening. The only negative thing I can say is that the restaurant was cold. We didn’t notice it in the waiting area but when we got to our seats it was very cool. So cool in fact, I was forced to return to the car to get Melanie her coat. What was shocking though was when I got outside it was warmer than inside.

All in all though, Longhorn’s is a great dining experience at a reasonable price. Whether you happen to be shopping at the Outlet Mall, traveling on I-85 or live in the area, Longhorn’s is an excellent choice.
